Biodiesel

Biodiesel also called FAME (fatty acid methyl ester) generated by esterification of vegetable acid oil or used cooking oil oil and methanol. Our company can provide two kinds of biodiesel,

The first kind is made from gutter oil (including various vegetable acidic oils), and all specifications meet the European Union standard EN14214. It is a light yellow liquid before the addition of antioxidants, and after the addition of antioxidants (with oxidation stability min 8 hours), the color is a dark liquid.

The second kind is biodiesel made from pure palm oil (including palm acid oil, high FFA crude palm oil, etc.), it is called PME (PALM METHYL ESTER) which also can meet the EU EN14214 standard for all specifications except iodine value(iodine value is about 50gI2/g)

Biodiesel, also known as FAME (fatty acid methyl ester), has three usages,

The first usage, as a fuel, it can be mixed with petrochemical diesel in any proportion and used as diesel. Outstanding emission reduction attributes, widely used in fields such as transportation and industry

The second usage, It can be made into EFAME(epoxy fatty acid methyl ester,) which is a new plasticizer and can replace DOP and epoxy soybean oil, or It can also be used as a raw material or intermediate for chemical products, such as as industrial solvents, low sulfur and low aromatic diesel lubricating additives, plastics and plasticizers, or for preparing surfactants or adhesives and agricultural chemicals.

The third usage, only for PME(palm methyl ester),it also can be made into Chloro fatty acid methyl ester which is a new type of plasticizer, to replace dioctyl plasticizer.

Applications:
